At a point in time, you must have seen a spiral spring being compressed. When compressed its  length decreased and experiences discomfort. The compressing force could be mild or harsh, depending on the circumstances and reasons for the spring system having undergone such. It can be experimented and if you were chanced to have a prior knowledge of this, you would agree with me that; no matter the compression time (within a reasonable time frame), the moment the spring gets relieved of the stress, it tries to return back to its initial position.

More often, it does not return to the exact initial length, but you would notice an increase in length from the latter (when compressed). Exactly, this is what happens when you go through a lot (stressed), on the path to your aspirations. You would feel like you’ve lost it already, but still hold on for a while. The stressed spring doesn’t fail to make attempt returning to its normal size and shape no matter the duration of discomfort.

You are stronger than that, don’t let go. True resilience is when you can come out of the failure, mess, stigma and odds confidently and with poise. Resilience is the inner strength you possess to come out stronger than anyone could have imagined. Remember, no one is gonna change that for you, you’ve got to be the man for the task. Resilience is a measure of the tendency to return confidently strong to where you were once broken. Since it can be measured, how greatly would you wish to come out uncracked/unbroken. You can then say “though I was once broken, I’m out fixed”, this is a success story. Though your beginning was small, your latter end shall be greater”.
